Yogurt is delicious, creamy and good for your microbiome. What’s a microbiome? It also helps our bodies repair and restore any damage that may occur to our digestion.

During this one hour class you will learn:

· How to ferment yogurt

· How to make yogurt cheese

· Safety concerns of fermented food and how to store it

· Nutritional information regarding how to use yogurt to help your diet

Cost is $15 per person, which includes step by step hand outs.
