What to Expect When You’re Expecting…a PhD!

Although getting a PhD can be exciting, it can also be SCARY! You might be asking yourself…what should I expect? Faculty members of the FGSS and LGBT Studies Program as well as graduates will be in attendance to answer all your burning questions and give some solicited (and maybe unsolicited!) advice. What should YOU expect when you’re expecting a PhD…join us on Thursday, September 29th at 4:30pm to find out! 

Faculty in attendance: Ellis Hanson (Director of Graduate Studies, FGSS), Jane Juffer (Program Director, FGSS), and Sara Warner (Program Director, LGBT). 

This event is geared towards first and second year PhD students but all are welcome to find community and swap advice!

Refreshments will be served!
