Wang Jisi is Dean of the School of International Studies and Director of the Center for International and Strategic Studies at Peking University. He has played a leading role in discussions of China-U.S. relations in China, as well as presenting his assessment of long-term dangers of confrontation and prospects of cooperation in major American forums such as Foreign Affairs and his recent study, co-published by the Brookings Institution and co-authored with Kenneth Lieberthal, "Addressing U.S.-China Strategic Distrust."
