Learn how to grow a variety of lettuces, spinach, kale and other leafy greens and how to prepare them for the table. Learn and sample some new recipes for vinaigrettes and easy stir-fries. Learn washing and storage tips, etc. Taught by Extension educators Linda Svoboda and Ann Supa. Pre-registration is required.
