On Wednesday, September 21, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit will be hearing oral arguments at Cornell Law School, and Chief Judge Robert A. Katzmann, Judge Peter W. Hall, JD '77, and Judge Richard C. Wesley, JD '74 will be presiding. All are welcome. (Please note that cell phones and any electronic device will not be permitted in the courtroom.
