The Try It with Wellness campaign is underway and will last through the end of January. In-person, virtual, and pre-recorded options are all included. The campaign features activities related to nutrition, physical activity, and self-care for the mind. Each Monday you’ll get an email packed with new options for the week, try out one or more of the options to be entered into that week’s prize drawing.
You can look forward to:
- Trying out new recipes
- Stretching sore muscles and easing tension
- Tuning in to guided meditations
- Getting familiar with dumbbells, stability balls, and other exercise equipment
- Touring the recreation spaces on the Ithaca campus
- Finding activities that best work for you
- And more
You can participate in as many or as few offerings as you'd like throughout the month, and you can participate at any time. If you miss a week, you can still participate in later weeks.
Bonus!! Sign-up with a Cornell-affiliated friend or colleague and you’ll both get double entries into the prize drawings!!
