As part of the New York Soil Health 2022 Soil Health and Climate Resiliency Field Day series we will have a field day on July 25th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the organic acres at Homer C. Thompson Vegetable Research Farm in Freeville NY (133 Fall Creek Rd.) Topics to include:

• Weed Technology
• Weeds and Climate Change
• Tarping, Tillage and our soils
• New York State Soil Health benchmarking and Characterization
• Mulches for improved in-crop weed control and soil conservation
• Cover crop breeding

This event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is preferred by 7/15/22 to help ensure there is enough food. Walk-ins are welcome.
