Please join us in recognizing and celebrating the career, mentorship, and many contributions to Cornell University of Professor Tim Murray, Comparative Literature and Literatures in English, former director of the Society for the Humanities, curator and innovator of the Rose Goldsen Archive of New Media Art in the Cornell Library, and director of the Cornell Council for the Arts and curator of the Cornell Arts Biennial.

From 1 to 5 pm on Friday, September 5, several of Tim’s former students and colleagues will give short presentations on their own life and work as it has been influenced by Tim. The occasion will be followed by a reception. 

This event is supported by the Society for the Humanities; the Departments of Literatures in English, Comparative Literature, and Performing and Media Arts; the Cornell Univerisity Library; the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art; and the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning.
