Thank you for registering for a fun morning focusing on our well-being with the Essex County Cornell Cooperative Extension Senior Fitness program and Master Gardener Volunteers.  The Master gardener volunteers will be leading a make and take container garden session then we will have a food prep demonstration with a lite snack of local foods, and a fun game of Bingocize.
