Tick Awarness & Managment Forum Dont get Ticked NY

Homeowners, Landscapers, Hikers, Hunters, Athletic Ground Crews, Pet Owners and anyone that goes outdoors are encouraged to register for this event.

Ticks are becoming a widespread problem in NY State. Avoiding Lyme and other tick-borne diseases requires avoiding a tick bite. Cornell’s IPM Joellen Lampman, Community IPM Extension Support Specialist will present a powerpoint presentation on Tick Awareness and Management. Learn how to protect yourself and others.

The Oneida County Health Department will have a representative on hand to assist with health concerns related to Ticks.

Registration is required by Feb 6th.

If you have never been to our building: CCE Oneida is located on the corner of Judd Rd. ( Route 840) and Second Street in Oriskany 13424. There is a sign in our front lawn that reads ONEIDA COUNTY FARM AND HOME CENTER. If you use GPS to locate us you may end up at the MET Life Building.
