The Department of Fiber Science & Apparel Design welcomes you to their exhibit celebrating the sesquicentennial of Cornell University.  This display utilizes historic garments from the Cornell Costume and Textile Collection, as well as early photographs from the Rare and Manuscript Collections of the Cornell University Library.  The evolution of the department is traced  beginning with its inception in 1900 and continuing into the current era.
