The Constitution and the Workplace: Exploring How the First Amendment Impacts Workers

During this event, Professor Garden will discuss the role of the First Amendment in the workplace. This event will explore how the Constitution impacts the free speech rights of workers in both the private and public sectors. There will also be an opportunity for audience members to ask the speaker questions.
