Cornell University

C2A will introduce students to the Ithaca and Tompkins county communities, highlight specific service opportunities, connect participants to campus resources, and provide strategies and approaches of how to effectively enter and serve local communities.

C2A is ideal for students who are dedicated to their academics and have a desire to take action, model collaborative leadership, and support the Tompkins County area. The institute will raise students' awareness of social justice efforts within our local communities while allowing students to explore their collaborative leadership skills and how to contribute in the most effective and authentic manner.

Panels will include student leaders and a group of community leaders, along with Mike Bishop, director of Leadership Initiatives at Engaged Cornell, and Ethan Stephenson,  Associate Director North Campus Faculty Programs Office of the Provost for Undergraduate Education, presenting campus opportunities.
