This workshop seeks to investigate the effects of temporary foreign worker programs (TFWP) on a range of different stakeholders, including non-TFWP workers, TFWP-worker families, state institutions, unions and communities at large, as well as on sectorial development. As case study serves Israeli Agriculture.

Speakers include Dr. Yahel Kurlander (Tel-Hai academic college and Tel Aviv University), Mr. Assaf Adiv (MAAN Worker Association), Ms. Emunah Spira and Ms. Naama Hecht (Center for International Migration and Integration).
