Join us for a delicious meal at The Hole in the Wall Restaurant in Perry, NY. Where Chef Travis Barlow will be showing his techniques for cooking with honey. Travis is well known for his creative and skillful use of fresh local farm products

- Learn (and taste) how Travis uses honey to cook; plus question and answer

- Dr. Scott McArt, Professor of Pollinator Health, Cornell College of Ag & Life Sciences will speak regarding honeybee breeding and genetics
