Odilia Romero has been the Binational Women's Issues Coordinator of the Frente Indigena de Organizaciones Binacionales (FIOB) for the past six years. She has worked with indigenous Mexican organizations in Los Angeles for more than a decade and is the Project Coordinator for the Institute of Social Change Across Borders, at the UCLA Center for the Study of Urban Poverty
