Cornell Cooperative Extension Putnam County and the Center for the Advancement of Apiculture, are pleased to offer our First Lecture Series on Beekeeping. 

Part 1: Sustainable Beekeeping, with Tom Sotiridy, Beekeeper will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Tilly's Table Restaurant in Brewster, NY.  This lecture will address:
• An overview of the current honeybee situation from a professional beekeepers’ view point.
• What’s trending both good and bad in American beekeeping.
• Why advancing apiculture as a sustainable solution is necessary for a healthy change in consciousness.
• Solution models implemented in the Hudson Valley.
