Sunset Rail Pedal along the Esopus

*This event is limited to residents of the Ashokan Watershed only*

Join the Ashokan Watershed Stream Management Program for a sunset railcar pedal with Rail Explorers ( 70 Lower High Street, Phoenicia, NY) along the Esopus Creek on September 12 from 4 pm to 7:30 pm.

Learn about the Esopus Creek and flood mitigation projects underway in the area. There will be approximately 2 hours of pedaling and 4 stops during the event.

During some of the stops participants will get out of the rail cars and walk a short distance to a site. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Event is rain or shine.
