Would you love an opportunity to just vent and let it all out?!
Join Casey Benson from the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program, along with Keri Johnson from Cornell Wellness, as they give you the opportunity to vent, experience proven stress reduction techniques and learn about topics like Maslow's hierarchy, circles of control & influence, and self-acceptance. Take this opportunity to let go, grow, and become more empowered to handle your personal stress. Registration is limited to ten people. Please be sure you can commit to all three weeks before registering. Everyone will have the opportunity to vent at the beginning of each session.
