Join us for the Stream Buffer Invasive Species Pull Event at the Catskill Interpretive Center in Mt. Tremper, NY on September 9 from 3pm-6pm. The event includes educational talks and walks, an all out attack on invasive species at future native planting sites, and refreshments.
Wear long pants and a shirt that can get dirty, close-toed shoes, and personal work gloves if you have them. Gloves will also be provided. Bring a hat, bug spray, and sunscreen. Sorry, no pets allowed!
The event is organized by the Catskill Center for Conservation and Development, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County*, and the Ulster County Soil and Water Conservation District.
*Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) will be taking group photos at the event for use by CCE. No individual photos will be taken without permission.
