In a world where so much feels unpredictable—global conflicts, local violence, financial pressures, job insecurity/changes, political tension, and personal/familial stressors—we are all feeling overwhelmed. This workshop offers a supportive space for faculty and staff to acknowledge and navigate these complex emotions together.

 

Within the 50-minute Zoom together we will settle our nervous systems with a brief mindfulness exercise, a writing prompt to identify feelings, and an opportunity to connect and share helpful coping strategies.

 

These workshops, facilitated by Jennelle Liljestran, LCSW, counselor from the Faculty & Staff Assistance Program, are designed to foster community, compassion, and resilience. All Cornell faculty and staff are warmly welcome.
