Spring Harvest Cooking Class. April 21,2016, from 5:30-7:30pm. Cost is $35.00. Class is held at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County.
Whether you’re new to the kitchen, want to sharpen your culinary skills, or just want to have a fun night out with your spouse or friends, this is the cooking class for you. The Spring Harvest Cooking Class will use great produce to teach creative, informative recipes in a hands-on environment. Join us for plenty of laughter and good food as we prepare several dishes featuring spring ingredients such as asparagus, peas, artichokes, etc.
