Celebrate spring and National Public Gardens Week at Cornell Botanic Gardens! Our Learning by Leading Student Teams will lead family-friendly fun and learning for all ages. Plant and nature-inspired offerings include mini-garden tours, scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, mindfulness activities, and much more. Spring flowering plants and house plants will be available for sale (first come, first served). Join us to learn about plants, connect with nature, and boost your well-being as we welcome the emerging spring season! NOTE: This is a rain-or-shine event that will be moved indoors in the event of severe or hazardous weather.
Fee: Free; donations welcome.
Location: Nevin Welcome Center
Parking: Limited free parking is available at the Nevin Welcome Center. If the lot is full, the next best options are the Peterson Lot on Tower Road across from the Cornell Dairy Bar, and the parking garage on Forest Home Drive. Carpooling is encouraged.
