Spain in Crisis: A roundtable on recent developments in the Spanish political landscape

Participants will reflect on the October 1, 2017 events (failed/illegal- referendum, federal police mobilization and violence), and their history and aftermath (attempts of independization of Catalonia and other autonomous communities in Spain, civil war references, relations with Spanish consistutionalism, corruption scandals, effects on European Union, European populisms and historical fascisms).
