This event will showcase Cornell Dining's sustainability initiatives and operations, including Menus of Change, local food purchasing, and food waste reduction. Grab a reusable to-go container, and ask questoins about trayless dining, back-of-house composting, food redistribution, and reusable mug discounts on all cafe beverages.
