The Ardoin name is one of the most revered in Creole and zydeco music. Three-time Grammy nominee Sean Ardoin has performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. He has appeared on numerous television programs including BET’s Comic View, Queen Sugar, Oprah’s OWN network, CBS primetime drama NCIS: New Orleans, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and more. A rare combination of tradition, talent, and creativity, Sean started a new genre called Kreole Rock and Soul in order to be able to express his artistry while expanding the traditional zydeco idiom.

“Ardoin carries the most historic name in zydeco, yet he’s a chameleon of relentless reinvention” –Offbeat Magazine
