The Demonstration Day Town Hall for the new Academic and Event Scheduling system Scheduling@Cornell, will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 2:00pm-3:30pm in G10 Biotech as the new system will be launched on Monday, February 24, 2020. There will be a demo on how to request locations, including space for events and the new Event Registration Form.  This Town Hall is for any Cornell community member who requests space on campus.

For student organizations we recommend that you send a representative to attend the event.

For departments we recommend that you send a representative to the event.

Trainings and drop-in sessions will be held for those who request space after the launch of Scheduling@Cornell.
