“Sapsuckers to Swallowtails," features the work of Sue deLearie Adair. Her artwork is inspired by her love of the natural world, and all creatures great and small. She has been an avid birder for 30 years and an equally avid butterflier for the last two decades. Adair portrays many different animals, but birds are her favorite subject and comprise the majority of her work. “Sapsuckers to Swallowtails”showcases more than 40 drawings and paintings of birds, butterflies, and amphibians.
