This discussion will focus on both the theoretical and practical reasons why student leadership is critical to shaping Cornell’s campus culture. There is often an active debate on our campus and others about the role the administration and students should have in making change. A critical part of being an engaged member of any community is making a deep investment in the environment and its cultural norms.
