Ellis Monk is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Harvard University.  His research interests include: ethnoracial categorization, inequality, and stratification in comparative perspective, health, sociology of the body, political sociology, social psychology, cognition, theory, and Brazil. 

On Friday, August 31, Monk will present his work on Rethinking Ethnoracial Inequality in the U.S. & Brazil: The Consequences of Bodily Capital at 3:30PM-5:00PM in Uris Hall G08
