 with all your leftovers? With a shelf life of only 3 days before you must 
 either throw out the food or find a way to use it we need to be creative w
 ith those extra mashed potatoes\, gravy and turkey. Join Master Preserver 
 Ann Supa on Thursday November 17th at Cornell Cooperative Extension – Br
 oome County as we explore three different ways to repurpose your holiday m
 eal leftovers into something amazing. We'll learn how easy it is to make s
 tock from your turkey carcass and some veggies you likely have laying arou
 nd in your pantry. We'll create a Thanksgiving casserole which can easily 
 be frozen for that week night you just don't want to cook. And then we'll 
 make turkey pot pies to take home. Priority for spots will be given to vet
 erans residing in Broome County and there will be no fee for veterans to a
 ttend. Civilians may attend for $25. There will be a cap on in-person regi
 stration at 15 registrants so please register early. Payment is required a
 t time of registration. There will be no refunds issued due to supplies be
 ing purchased based on registration numbers one week out. Questions can be
