Capital District Regional Agritourism Networking Session
Thursday May 15th, 9:30am-12:30pm
Indian Ladder Farm, 342 Altamont Rd, Altamont, NY 12009

The Cornell Cooperative Extension Agritourism Program Work Team, in partnership with the CCE Administration Program Work Teams Special Needs Fund, and Cornell Cooperative Extension Capital District Area Commercial Agriculture & Horticulture Team, invites agritourism operations, agricultural service providers, and tourism promotion agencies to join them for an innovative, hands-on, and educational opportunity to grow the agritourism industry across the lower Hudson Valley & New York State.

Join us at Indian Ladder Farm as we hear from Laura Ten Eyck during a tour of their facility on how they conduct their agritourism activities.  Learn how the agritourism has changed over the years.   We will also hear from a representative from the Capital Craft Beverage Trail on how this organization helps support it members.

Networking and making connections are key goals to this event so plenty of time will be available for networking once the formal program has concluded.

Please feel free to bring your marketing materials to share with the local tourism promotion authority staff and any other organizations attending who might be interested.

The cost to attend is $10. Light refreshments will be provided. Questions can be directed to Steve Hadcock at seh11@cornell.edu
