Learn how to trim pork shoulder and prepare meat for smoking in this hands-on workshop! Meat smoking techniques and supplies will also be covered. $75-120 sliding scale fee; Pay what you can afford. Lunch will be provided. 


If bringing a guest, register your guest separately to reserve their space. 


Due to limited size of workshop, full payment is due before day of workshop. Payments can be made online or by check/cash to the Extension office. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the system to make a payment, simply check out as a "guest".
