The Amboy 4-H Environmental Education Center is celebrating America Recycles Day on Sunday, December 10th at 1:00 p.m. Join our 4-H educators for this fun, hands-on program of reusing old, wool sweaters and turning them into mittens! This program is intended for intermediate sewers; individuals should be able to sew curves. Participants will be cutting their mittens using a provided pattern and sewing them together. Space is limited at 8 attendees. This program is open to crafters of all ages!

Notions include needle, thread, pins, etc. Please notify the office if you are planning to bring most supplies, but would like to use some of 4-H's (scissors, for example).
