On October 2, Women’s March and more than 90 other organizations organized a national call to mobilize and defend reproductive rights in response to Texas SB8, a recently enacted law that prohibits abortion after 6 weeks in the state. Planned Parenthood Generation Action at Cornell is hosting a rally in support of this call to mobilize. Join us at Ho Plaza at 1:30 PM on October 2nd to voice your support for reproductive rights. The purpose of this event is to send the Supreme Court and lawmakers across the country a clear, unified message. The attack on our reproductive rights perpetuated by Texas Bill SB8 will not be tolerated. We plan to host several speakers who will discuss the intersections of reproductive rights with other social justice issues.
