All presentations should include at least one ingredient which is produced in NY.

Youth may do a presentation that they have used before or try  a new one.

All presenters will have 30 minutes to set-up, make their recipe and clean up.  Since we have invited the Community to attend we would like to see these presentations showcase some of the skills we have worked on plus have them interesting to keep the audience's attention.
