 rn the basics of Pressure Canning by demonstrating how to prepare and can a
  low-acid food item (probably meat depending on what's available). Pressure
  canning is used in low-acid foods such as meats\, green beans\, squash and
  corn. This class will give you the confidence to continue pressure canning
  in your own home. Bring your questions and be prepared to help with the pr
 ocess. Participants can return to the First Baptist Church in Brookfield at
  a later date to take home a jar of their canned item after they have coole
