Are you planning on participating in a summer sports league that requires quick movements and agility? Could your training for a race, ride, or run benefit from specific speed drills and footwork? Want to try something new and fun that will help you feel stronger? Join Cornell Wellness for this Pre-Season Speed and Agility Series. During each moderate to high-intensity session, Cathryn Lucas will take you through a dynamic warm-up, speed & agility drills, and strength exercises.
