Join David Taylor at Thistle Dew farm on April 29th at 9am to take part in this crate to freezer poultry processing workshop. David will show you all the details about how to butcher your poultry and anyone wanting to participate can get some real hands-on instruction. Even better, you can pay for the cost of raising the bird and take it home to put in your own freezer!

We will show killing, plucking, cleaning and bagging poultry. Please dress appropriately as this will be done mostly outdoors. Bring your own apron! Gloves provided.
