 cializing in feasibility studies for the lodging industry and was a regular
  contributor in several industry periodicals. Additionally\, in 2002\, Mr. 
 Gregor founded Aurora Owle Books\, a used and antiquarian book e-tailer.  F
 ollowing a foray into politics\, Mr. Gregor sold his businesses and enrolle
 d in law school in 2004.\n\nDuring law school\, Mr. Gregor received a teach
 ing fellowship from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Rel
 ations and was a teaching assistant at Cornell University’s School of Hotel
  Administration. After law school\, Mr. Gregor worked as a corporate attorn
 ey at Paul\, Weiss\, Rifkind\, Wharton and Garrison\, LLP in Manhattan spec
 ializing in mergers and acquisitions of publicly traded companies.\n\nIn 20
 09\, Gregor Hotels was born.  Throughout the next decade\, Gregor Hotels gr
 ew in sales and room count\, however\, the Covid-19 pandemic forced a repos
 itioning. Seizing on the growing short term rental trend\, Gregor Hotels fu
 sed the “mom and pop” hotel with short term rentals by repositioning standa
 rd motel rooms into short term rental suites\, studios\, and apartments wit
 h a unique regional feel. The project is nearly complete and the results\, 
 both in terms of revenue growth and guest satisfaction\, are tremendous. Gr
 egor Hotels retains a family feel and boasts a diverse and talented team of
  hospitality professionals.\n\nIn addition to operating Gregor Hotels\, Mr.
  Gregor recently joined the law firm of Klausner Cook\, PLLC in Ithaca\, Ne
 w York\, where he heads the firm’s litigation practice.   Mr. Gregor reside
 s in Lake George\, New York where he is involved in several civic and gover
