Cornell University

Cornell Law School, Myron Taylor Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853, USA

Members of the Cornell Law School's Gender Justice Clinic will present a workshop on the recent legal decisions rolling back reproductive justice.

Panelists:
Professor Liz Brundige, Esme Brooker, Peyton Brooks, and Jacinda Rivas.

The workshop will begin with a panel discussion reflecting on the Dobbs decision; its impact and implications, including for pregnant people seeking abortions and their families and health care providers, for individuals in need of other forms of health care, and for members of marginalized communities; and next steps for advancing reproductive justice after the fall of Roe. We will then break out into small groups to discuss these issues, identify questions, and share ideas. The workshop will conclude with an opportunity for conversation among the panel members and audience.
