Join Dr. Kirsty Lauder to explore the evolving nature of language in the context of neurodiversity, drawing from personal experience and reflection. Kirsty will highlight how our understanding and use of language around neurodiversity is constantly shifting, and will emphasize the importance of openness as people learn at their own pace. Rather than seeking “right” or “wrong” terms, Kirsty will advocate for compassionate communication that centers respect and individual preference.
