 ushroom Workshop on Saturday afternoon (12-3 pm)\, June 10th\, 2017.  \nTh
 e workshop will be held at Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County\, 1
 21 Second Street\, Oriskany\, NY. The cost of the workshop is $25 per pers
 on\, which includes handouts\, materials and an inoculated log.\nJoin Ken 
 Mudge a retired Associate Professor emeritus from the Department of Hortic
 ulture at Cornell University and co-author “ Farming the Woods”\, for 
 an afternoon presentation on successful cultivation of shiitake\, oyster\,
  lions mane\, and stropharia mushrooms for home or small-farm scale produc
 tion. Learn the proper tree species and techniques for cultivation\, along
  with the basic economics and mattering of gourmet specialty mushrooms.\nS
 tudents will get to inoculate their own log to take home! “Farming the W
 oods” will be available for sale.\nYouth may participate in the program 
 as long as they are accompanied by an adult.  This adult should complete t
 he registration in their name ( Not the name of the youth.)\n\nRegistratio
