Mindfulness Mondays @ Tatkon: Meditation with Live Music, solo Bach performed by violinist and Cornell Prof. Ariana Kim

Monday, September 16, 2019 at 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Tatkon Center for First-Year Students, 3330

Take this hour to take care of yourself. This will be one of Tatkon’s most special events of the term.  Join us as Prof. Ariana Kim plays solo Bach in an intimate setting at the Tatkon Center. Ithaca College Professor Mary Ann Erickson will begin the program by setting the framework for how to use music to be mindful. Cultivating a practice of mindfulness is a smart investment in your career, health, and overall happiness.
Don’t miss this!

Prof. Kim made her New York recital debut at Carnegie's Weill Hall during her graduate studies at Juilliard and is now a tenured professor at Cornell in the Department of Music.
