Fostering a healthy relationship with food begins by looking inward and answering the question, “Why do I eat?” We want to understand our eating patterns without placing judgment and be able to balance eating for nourishment and eating for enjoyment. In this workshop, we discuss mindful eating and strategies to be more thoughtful about when, what, and how much we eat.
