All are welcome to attend this biweekly mindful coloring session at the Big Red Barn, led by Taylor Bouraad, Assistant Director of Community Engagement at the Skorton Center for Health Initiatives. Come engage in a mindful activity, designed to encourage calm, focused attention. Drop in anytime during the 90 minutes. 

This session is part of the Let's Meditate initaitve, a free, guided mindfulness meditation series, sponsored by Cornell Health, in partnership with numerous campus partners.
