Weekly meeting of faculty and students in the Field of Microbiology and beyond. In these colloquia, participants discuss contemporary or seminal papers in the field of microbiology. Student objectives are (1) to evolve our critical reading, analysis, and presentation skills, (2) to expand our horizons and explore areas of microbiology that we otherwise would not, as we (3) discuss current progress in the field with faculty and peers. Journal club is led by Dr. Esther Angert (firstname.lastname@example.org) and co-organized by graduate student volunteers.
The Microbiology Journal Club meets virtually on Mondays from 4:10-5:00. Students may enroll for credit under course number BioMI 79100.
