The Cauliflower Po'boy has roasted cajun cauliflower, chickpea remoulade, lettuce and tomato on French bread.

The Plantiful Salad features roasted tofu, black beans, cauliflower, roasted red peppers, corn tortilla strips and chipotle lime vinaigrette over spring mix.
