Meat Canning – Let’s Go Wild on Wednesday, Oct 3rd from 6:30pm-7:30pm
Calling all hunters in the area. Now that you have your meat how do you take it to the next level of preserving for future use. Learn how to preserve your wild game such as venison, fish and game birds. Teachers: Mo Tidball, CCE Nutrition Educator and Shelley Pletcher, Master Food Preserver.
Cost: $15 per person
