http://reg.cce.cornell.edu/1620The Maple Program - Valule Added Products will take place on Saturday, November 1 - 9:30am until 12 Noon -- at the CCE Extension Education Center in Hudson. The instructor is Steve Childs, Cornell Maple Specialist. Cost is $25 per family/farm. Please bring a quart of your maple syrup for testing.
